How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation, please fill out the form below. Our team will process your request and issue a refund as soon as possible.
Important: Cancellations must be submitted at least 1 hour before the game’s scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your payment for that particular game.
Refunds
Once your cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
