Use the Public Skate Entrance, located on the south side closest to the convention center and across from I-16.
Parking
Free parking is available on-site.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before Sat, Mar 21. Cancel before the session starts on Mar 21 for a full refund.
Early cancellations help us offer your spot to players on the waitlist. Cancellations within 1 hour of the session start time are not eligible for refunds.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel your attendance for a scheduled game. We've made the cancellation process as straightforward as possible for you.
How to cancel:

- Find the session you want to cancel
- Click "Request Cancellation" and confirm your cancellation
- You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation
